Need an extra “push” to reach your peak fitness goals? New to exercise and not sure where to begin? Coming back from pregnancy or an injury and need personalized attention? No matter what your fitness needs, we can help you find your bene-fit with our personal training services.

Certified personal trainer and wellness coach Amanda Ebner has worked with all types of clients from older adults to Boston-qualifying marathon runners, helping each develop their cardiovascular fitness, endurance, and muscle strength and tone. Marilyn Koziatek, certified personal trainer and yoga instructor, has an unique approach to mind-body fitness that gets you into shape while accomplishing your individual goals.

When you enter into the personal training relationship, you will work with Amanda or Marilyn during an Initial Wellness Consultation to benchmark your fitness level and articulate your health and fitness goals, ensuring that each workout is a customized step toward your personal success – not a “one size fits all” approach.

Sessions will then progress through a series of intentional, planned workouts combining cardio, strength, and flexibility training to help you reach your goals as quickly and as safely as possible.

Personal training is offered in your home or outdoors, with a variety of body-weight resistance exercises, cardio training, and calisthenics intervals to keep your body responsive and challenged. You do not need to purchase or provide any equipment to begin your bene-fit training sessions.
