Baby Boot Camp
Finding time to exercise is a challenge for any new mom. The New York Times reports that “young mothers of small children exercise less than other women their age and don’t eat as well.” Don’t be a statistic, join us at Baby Boot Camp!
bene-fit Baby Boot Camp offers soon-to-be-mom’s and mothers of small children the opportunity to exercise outside. Our boot-camp style work-out will get your body back into pre-baby shape and the best part, no babysitter required! We welcome all children up to two years old and can even incorporate them in our work-out. It’s a fun way to bond with your baby and get your body back!
Each class is an hour and incorporates:
- Cardio training
- Strength building exercises
- Core development
- Stretching and cool-down
Bring bottled water, yoga mat, stroller (preferably a jogging stroller), a resistance band (or light weights), and a big smile!
