We offer a weekly coached Boot Camp every Saturday @ 10am in Holmby Park (West Los Angeles). Workouts consist of a high-powered mix of cardio, calisthenics, body-weight resistance training, and no-rest strength intervals. We rely entirely on your body and the natural environment to work all major muscle groups and boost cardiovascular fitness.
