Amanda Ebner (M.A.; M.Ed.; ACE-Certified Personal Trainer; AFAA-Certified Group Exercise Instructor; Schwinn-Certified Cycling Coach; IndoRow Certified Coach) is a personal trainer, group exercise instructor, coach and competitive athlete with over five years’ professional experience. She teaches Indoor Cycling, Indoor Rowing, Boot Camp, Power Sculpt and Cardio Circuit classes with an upbeat and motivating style. Amanda’s training sessions combine high-intensity cardio intervals, boxing drills, core and body-weight resistance training, body sculpting, weight lifting and athletic conditioning to produce incredible composition and weight loss results.

Marilyn Koziatek (ACE-Certified Personal Trainer; YogaFit Level 1 & 2 Certified; PreNatal YogaFit Certified) is a personal trainer, yoga instructor and bene-fit success story! She has a unique approach to mind-body fitness that ensures you can accomplish your individual goals. If you need a trainer who can answer all your fitness questions and can create a program which will drive results, she’s it! She has been a student of yoga for seven years and began teaching two years ago and believes that yoga is instrumental in obtaining a well-rounded fitness experience. She incorporates this into your strength and cardiovascular training, flexibility, and performance training resulting in improvements in overall health.
